Ability: Relying on his weapons he tracks villains with a clear mind. Has a variety of concealed tools to help him look for criminals. Disguises himself by melting into the shadows by freely changing the shape of his body. His Laser Grappler enables high speed flight.

Character: By day he is a television personality but by night he transforms into a dark hero, protecting the Earth. As a vigilante on Cybertron he used to hunt his nemesis, Blackcat, an Autobot spy but now he targets human criminals on Earth who assist the Autobots.
