If Brimstone could, he would perch himself on Cannonball's shoulder and repeat back all of the captain's words. Brimstone is not just loyal, he is codependent. His circuits burn just a little brighter when Cannonball praises him for bringing tidbits of knowledge to his attention, which he does with great regularity. If Brimstone hungers after any one thing more than Cannonball's approval, it is gaining more information.
Brimstone enjoys assimilating information from monitor duty and eavesdropping on the conversations of crewmates. He relishes the discovery of internal grumbling and possible mutiny almost as much as he enjoys the reaction to this news by his captain. Cannonball appreciates Brimstone's loyalty because it helps keep the crew in line. But he equally appreciates Brimstone's ability to convert into a mini rail gun. In this powerful form, Brimstone can fire a solid cybertonium slug up to five nanoclicks away while maintaining independent flight, but his accuracy improves when wielded by his crewmate, Pirate Scorponok.
